$13 billion on working-age welfare

Here's a useful sort of chart which unusually includes WFF in working-age welfare spending. It's from a January 2013 draft Treasury paper:

Scrap Bludging for Families and those tax credits. There's $5 *billion*, just like that!

And this misses the huge elephants in the room - each of them vastly more than $13Bn
- schools, colleges, polys, unis
- GPs, hospitals, etc
- codger-welfare!
