I missed my weekly visit to Naenae this past but had the pleasure of spending time in and around some Wellington council houses which are in even worse repair than the state ones I have seen. There's no getting away from mould resulting from the use of acrylic paint in bathrooms but cracks in windows can be hidden if you don't open the curtains.
